FrameIQ

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-26 • V1 beta

Plain English: By using FrameIQ, you agree to a few common-sense rules. Don't upload content you don't have rights to. The AI is good but not perfect, and you're responsible for what you do with the clips. This is a beta — things may break or change.

1. Acceptance

By using FrameIQ ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What FrameIQ does

FrameIQ takes a video you upload or a public URL you provide, transcribes the audio using AI, identifies potentially viral moments, and produces short-form video clips with optional burned-in captions.

The service uses third-party AI providers including OpenAI and AssemblyAI. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.

3. Beta status

FrameIQ is in V1 beta. This means:

Don't use FrameIQ for anything where reliability is critical until we exit beta.

4. Your responsibilities

By submitting content to FrameIQ, you confirm that:

5. AI output is best-effort

FrameIQ uses AI to transcribe audio and identify clips. AI makes mistakes. Captions may have errors. Clip selections may not match your taste. Generated text may be inaccurate.

You are responsible for reviewing what FrameIQ produces before sharing it. If you publish a clip with a misquoted caption, that's on you, not us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who abuses the service.

7. No warranty

FrameIQ is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We don't promise the service will be error-free, available at any given time, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameIQ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim — which, for the free V1 beta, is zero.

9. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe content processed through FrameIQ infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to support@getframeiq.com with:

We will respond within 7 days.

10. Termination

You can stop using FrameIQ at any time. We can terminate or suspend access for any user at our discretion, particularly for violations of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria, unless local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.
